Also playing the violin and viola myself, I think the sound quality could be further improved by using more length of bow and practising and trying to be more flexible with the direction changes between up and down bown. Flex the fingers as you change the direction. Definite potential though X

You played very nicely. Just a tip: Try and use a little more pressure with your bow and quicken the tempo. I played the violin and the viola, so I know that it's difficult to play. Good job, though! :)

Thanks for the tip. I played using more pressure on the bow and found that bow control is much better and so is the tone quality. Many thanks.
