  • good joke in the description LOL

  • @thecrazyhenchman shutup fgt

  • I remember I played this game with a 0.83 GHz CPU... omg I actually beat it LOL

  • whats your PSU?

  • im getting the evga edition overclocked at 822 mhz i wonder if il get a little more fps i hope so looks great :)

  • nice, im getting that video card!

  • What resolution are you playing at because it can't be very high if you are getting 40 FPS.

  • Does that motherboard support sli graphics cards like the Geforce GTS 450?

    I'm dying to know!

  • @Edge0fPain Well, since it does not have two PCI-E 2.0 slots, I guess not. :(

  • @lolmaster42

    Oh..... right.....

damn. So would Crysis be a little more smooth without ur screen recording software being used at the same time?

  • @Edge0fPain Actually yeah, FRAPS completely takes full use of your CPU if its not strong enough, so therefore not having enough processing power to get a good framerate. Basicly, I had a much better framerate without recording.

  • @lolmaster42

    k. Do you know of any affordable motheboards that have 2 PCI-E 2.0 slots so the GTS 450 can be used?

  • @Edge0fPain I would be searching for them right now, however I'm too lazy too because I'm playing Halo Reach. XD I'm sure there are some out there, but I just don't know where to look.

  • @lolmaster42

I think I just found one. But it has 3 PCI slots, 2 PCI-E X1 slots, and 1 PCI-E x16 slot. Would that be ok?

  • @Edge0fPain PCI and PCI-E X1 slots are standard, but are used not for modern graphics cards. PCI-E x16 is more updated, just make sure one of the slots are

    PCI-E 2.0 (PCI express 2.0)

  • @lolmaster42

They probably will be but I dunno how to make sure they are, I'm buying online

  • @Edge0fPain 2 PCIe 2.0 slots are not necessary to run one GTS 450.

  • @pcman09

Too late, I went over to a ati radeon HD 5770 and put the res to maximum that my screen can handle (1280 by 1024) and AA on 0 because Crysis seems like the only game I've played that seems to not become more visually appealing with AA on. And it gives you lots more FPS without AA.

    So everything on very high with a 5770 and a phenom ii x4 955. 4GB DDR3 RAM.

I get around 30 to 40 FPS on very high and 50+ on high.

  • @Edge0fPain I see now. Thanks.

  • I'm gonna get this motherboard. I've heard it's a very good one for value.

With a x3 AMD Phenom (w/ 4th core unlocked) and ATI HD 5770 and 4gb's of 1333 Ram, my computer should tank :P

Thanks for the video - was worried that this mobo would be the spanner in the works.

  • @runslikeclockwork No problem, wish I could get some of the hardware you're getting. :P

  • Go on very high! wtf man

  • ive been looking at this card, i think i still want it

  • @mikethe4th If you're still looking for it then it's defenitley a good buy. It can run almost any game on high settings, as long as you have a decent CPU and RAM to back it up :)

  • @lolmaster42 oh yes ill defenantly get a good pc to complement it with

  • is this high or very high?

  • Read the title. It's high, but FRAPS ruins the FPS like usual :(

  • resolution???

  • Well, err, it was played in the editor. But the resolution said 1680x958 or somthing.

  • hmm alright, thanks man! I'm hoping this card does pretty well in-game at 1920x1080.

  • I would see if I had a big enough monitor, but I play crysis at all very high settings except textures on medium or high on 1680x1050 :)

  • Will the M4A78LT-M fit inside an Antec 300 mid-tower case??

  • It should. I have an AZZA orion case and thats a pretty small mid tower. Check the length and width of the motherboard and the case.

  • Hm, I measured the dimensions of the motherboard, and it turns out to be 9.6" x 8.2", while the case is 18.30" x 8.10" x 18.00".

  • Yeah, I looked at the Antec 300 and it looks like it will fit inside.

  • Okay, thanks.
