You need to work on dying and starting over when you fall... it's annoying to restart every time you fall

pretty good, could use a bit more originality with tropical resort, windmill isles and other levels, but its pretty good, could learn a thing or two with design of enemies leke sega does, and maybe a thrilling storyline all that = perfect sonic game

So you made this game?If so there are a lot of things to be fixed. First when you fall in the water in this stage there is no turning back and you have to restart. And in stages like the one in part 2 when you fall into nothing you keep falling forever and you have to restart... and it's pretty easy to fall. Second the springs launch you way too far or just the wrong way ( In my version at least)

not complaining, but there is one glitch you really should fix. whenever you die by falling, like into the ocean, you just fall forever and have to completely restart the game. That's something that really should be fixed.

@1finallygotunleashed Yes to use custom characters in BlitzSonic Engines go to the Characters folder and rename the original Sonic to anything like "Sonic Original" and then rename the folder of the character you want to play as to "Sonic". Example:You want to play as "Tails" Rename the "Tails" Folder to "Sonic".

If you knew me you'd know im very good at games. The springs, not really, but if you've played something similar, then DUH.

all the features are amazing, but when your not running directly forward the controls are atrocious. And the light dash should be a separate button from rolling, as the light dash is very broken and i don't always want to light dash through rings,i might want to just roll through them. and homing attacking an enemy should make you bounce higher. and homing attacking the new walking enemies is extremely broken. in short this needs A LOT of work before it can stand up as an equal to other engines.

@MetalShadowChaos Sonic does bounce higher after homing attacking, you just have to hold the button after you hit the enemy. This way, it is similar to the bouncing mechanic in the Genesis titles
