@Sin69oo Glad you enjoyed it! I work in Cakewalk Music Creator 5 (a cheaper version of Sonar) with a few virtual instrument plugins from Native Instruments. And the background was just me derping around with vectors in Photoshop to trace what I'd drawn.

This is my absolutely fave Metroid song of all time so it's always refreshing to hear other's takes on this incredible masterpiece I think. I love all the little things you did with the melody and the synth solo that comes in later on as well! Everything up to the stereo surround sound and panning sounds incredible! Heck not only is the song good but I must say I love the image you have here of the Kraid & Samus vector. Great job on yet another excellent remix! :D
