He raced the 1982 car for most of the 1983 Australian touring car season up to the race at Adelaide International raceway, when his car weighed 1002kg.
His car weighed 960kg after that for the rest of the 1983 season.
So from this I think that it probably weighed 1002kg in 1981, as it lost weight in 1983.
