@sconny09 He is going low enough...if you go past parallel at the bottom, it puts a severe torque on the shoulder joints...for most people, if they go down just below their chin, then it is low enough!!
True strength, you see a lot of guys putting up big deads, squats, flat benches, but not so many putting up big numbers in shoulder press. Legit depth also.
