I think it's all about consistency and persistence. I've practiced meditation in front of meditators(Guru) verbal guidance. I prefer meditating in the mid night , ultimate silence and you can practically have full control over your mind and body, focus on your breathing , forget about other things and more your focus on your breathing, after sometime doing that you'll realize yourself from different perspective, I consider that out of body experience, and I get goosebumps doing so which I don't really care about. meditation is not a kids play though

@AshyMishyMashy the thing is, once you start charging (in this case for selfishness and greed) for a gift given to you (such as clairvoyance or anything spiritual) by GOD you will lose that gift 'cause you didn't pay GOD to get the gift it was given to you for free. I am sure when you go look at some of these "gifted people" they live a life of greed. The word "help" means help without expecting anything in return but our world made it different.Now when we give we wait to be rewarded.

I think it's all about consistency and persistence. I've practiced meditation in front of meditators(Guru) verbal guidance. First few times, I didn't realize what I was doing, but like I said, I didn't give up and kept doing that, it's the one moment I realized the bliss. It helps you to free from the emotional/mental problems and helps you keep your mind as calm as a pond. Ah.. I can't really tell you all things in this Youtube's limited words, but you shall be motivated from within.

Some people can start with Zen-Meditation.

I prefer meditating in the mid night , ultimate silence and you can practically have full control over your mind and body, focus on your breathing , forget about other things and more your focus on your breathing, after sometime doing that you'll realize yourself from different perspective, I consider that out of body experience, and I get goosebumps doing so which I don't really care about. meditation is not a kids play though

@bigjoe777 We cannot define the truth because if we define it for ourselves then everyone will have their own thinking of what THE Truth is. What I am saying is that Truth IS what IS, IT is what exists, it does not contradict or deviate. Plainly said, either something exists or it doesn't!
If I have a blue shirt on and you said that it is a white shirt, then you have deviated/contradicted that which exists-either you are lying, intentionally misleading, or you have error-ed unintentionally..

I was on the premise that you were right on the same level from what I was talking about (Truths based upon different viewpoints) Now that that's settled at least I now know one thing. Truth's tend to overextend their factual design because it's perception and interpretation are often flawed by the hearer. (history itself isn't a whole truth. Just a compromised truth)

No we're not. Our bodies age with time and we are not as physically attractive when we are older than when we were young. If an old wrinkled up body was as attractive as a young tight one we wouldn't have multimillionaire plastic surgeons all over the place.
