Kristalnacht, the beginning of the holocaust, the most documented atrocity in modern history. Any one who denies this is secretly in agreement and are murderous monsters. the german diplomat, Ernst Vom Roth, was shot by a young jewish man, 17 years old, whos family had been deported by the nazis, he was upset and decided to go to the nazi headquarters in town and shoot the first official he saw, there was no economic reason, hitler was looking for any reason to justify a pogrom and when Roth died on Nov 9, hitler sent out his SS men, I would have done the same thing as that young man

The Kristallnacht was not caused by the killing Roth and it was not the SS who committed it, it was the SA. Documents exist in German archives, including the memiors of Julius Schaub, that indicate Goebbels, not Hitler, was the architect of the Kristallnacht. Schaub states "When AH learned of the action he was furious with Goebbels. He made a frightful scene and told him that this kind of propaganda was just damaging, in fact downright dangerous particularly with regard to overseas."
