I just finished watching the whole series. Watched some of it as a kid but the country I was in never saw the last few series. Bit dissapointed in the ending, sad to even see control and madeline go. Watched a few episodes of the new series - utter rubbish compared. They had madeline appear on the new show - she's looking old and didn't fit the role they tried to give her. I don't hate maggie Q but certainly hate the new series - it's got nothing on the old

wow this one is totally awesome i love the show . I watched everyone of of them on a bad tv not very clear even the re-runs i was so mad when they took it off the air . it was my #1 series i watched it wasnt on long enough for me i could of watched it another 5 years new ones . got to talk to her on the net one time fans had a chance to ask her questions . I asked he if she was interested in classic cars . she had one . i missed out on Roy he was on the internet the night before.

I just saw the preview for the new show.... not okay... five strong seasons with Peta Wilson and Roy Dupuis at the helm was the best they're ever going to get from these characters... plus it was already poorly remade as that show Alias in the states... This scene is from an episode called "Brainwash" where Nikita volunteers to try out a machine that Section One finds, but doesn't know how it work or what it does. After Nikita tests it out for them and they get their information Nikita becomes brainwashed and addicted to the Machine. She was brainwashed into trying to kill a Chinese Embassador. Whenever the Brainwash kicks in she sees the Embassadors face and has the urge to kill him.

Thats why Michael gets between the Embassador and Nikita and stops her. When she can't reach the Embassador her brainwash program attacks her and sends pain shooting through her head. If you get a chance to see this episode just before Michael reaches Nikita she tries to turn the gun on herself, but Michael stops her.
