the problem with working the chest is that if you have a genetically small chest like me, then you have to work really hard to get your back strong too. I heard that without a strong back to support your chest muscles, you cannot have a good chest.

But there is someone with a comparable Chest: Its Alexey Lesukov. He has got a Chest pretty much out of this world, its just HUUUGE. But he isn't a Pro yet.

@Bishiup waste away? i wouldn't say that. without AAs competitive bodybuilding would fail and all of our chest inspirations would be gone. i am against GH and SLIN abuse nowdays but a 80-90 AAS use or golden era use i approve-those were aesthetic pleasing bodies. that was/should bodybuilding be about.

and bear in mind-approve if your sole purpose is to be a bodybuilder i dont approve everyday gym rat using it

@werepyrekingshadow but most of these body builders are fucking disgusting looking... especially ronnie coleman with his hugee ass bloated stomach and well a lot of other bodybuilders have that huge bloated loking stomach. back when arnold or any other classic body builder was doin it they actually looked somewhat realistic now its just more mass the better it seems :(

@Bishiup thats why i said i approve the golden era AAs usage. it is mostly due to the HGH/INSULIN and other peptides that they have this huge gut and i totally agree with you it's disgusting. nowdays bodybuilding is going straigth down the road and i dont think anyone can do something about it-unless all new bodybuilders would refuse to use hgh etc. and bring back the old pleasing physiques back in the game-now that be something.
