Where were the moon hoax conspiracy theorists before 1978 when Capricorn One came out? They saw 9 missions go to the moon over 3.5 years and said nothing. The Soviets said nothing. Neither did UK, France, China or other nations with the capacity to know. Sibrel is not even qualified as a "filmmaker" to articulate his "parallel shadows" theory, much less any of his other theories. The moon landings were real. It's common knowledge the Apollo moon landings happened. The NASA footage you see on Youtube is the evidence that humans walked on--or hopped along--the moon's surface.

Aside from the actors, directors, propmen, engineers, script writers, consultants, cameramen, film developers, set designers and management involved, it would have taken a small army to clear and prepare the ground to look like the moon's surface. Surely someone would talk somewhere along the line. But then, they only "talk" when it supports your position (i.e., Roswell)
