Macy's has now resorted to making customers call them and ask them on the customer service phone how much they are going spend on their store card.That is stupid, especially when they never sent me a statement in March telling of their supposed policy change like they are now telling me that they did nice way to treat you customers.

Kohl's lowered my hours to about 4 to 10 hours a week because I didn't get enough people to get Kohl's credit cards, forcing me to find another job. I found a much better job that ended up laying me and half of the staff/supervisors off.

@gigimanjo I worked for "Burdines"-which is now Macy's. They made threats on my hours if I didnt sale from a high sales goal and for Christmas commision-they cheated me. Awful place
