@Kaufman182 I get what your saying, the E.S. Models are very beautiful looking guitars, most of them are beautiful playing guitars, the thing is, this guitar is only good for one thing. Music that tom makes (or anything similar). So if your in a blink cover band, it's a good guitar, but it should not be anyones main guitar, because of all the things it cant do, this is the master of its trade, i like guitars that are the jack of all trades because i play a lot of diff music

@Ocarinaoftheshire i wouldn't know, i have never played one, you can't judge a guitar until you have played it. my guitar is some cheap ebay guitar and i just re did the neck and replaced the bridge pickup with a new humbucker and disabled the tone. it matches up to my lead guitarist's guitar which is a vintage fender telecaster. never judge a book by its cover, always look deeper, if you played it and thats you found that so be it, if you havent played it then what your saying dosent matter

@Ocarinaoftheshire common sense for a musician? i cut the neck and middle pickup in my strat in favour of a humbucker because it sounds better. i dont play pop punk, i play in an alternative rock band. your half right, because i think you can get some great sounds out of a classic 335 with both pickups and tone pots, but this is not a rule, one pickup is a great option for a LOT of solid body players...

also, i heard your band and your really not in a good position to be telling me about tone...
