the only glitch i remember was going so fast at the end of the hydro act= you jump the prison egg and run/fly out of the map into some glitchy unformed area, if i remember you can come back and pop it.

There is a way to go to Sonic's act in Knuckle's act,If you die in Knuckles act,you go to Sonic's act.

I know a ice cap glitch you in second ice platform (you now that A trip through a wall glitch ice platform you push it in backside it goes foward you know but tails on that platform push it on backside it goes backwards.

In the vanishing corpse segment, Sonic's corpse is still there, but only for about a split second. If you pause the video at around 5:40, you might just be able to see Sonic in his death pose just before he vanishes into thin air, but it takes some good timing to do right.

@Windows7n00b Get all 7 Chaos Emeralds, go into Mushroom Hill Act 1. After you drop, go to the left and when you see a rainbow ring,go into it.You will lose all your emeralds and can't become super Sonic. Go to all the rainbow rings and win the stage. After you get all 7, get 50 rings and you can become super Sonic.

@sueet240able No,Everything was messed up.The Glitch is so rare,that nobody else on youtube found it,and i was going to upload it.I have a couple more videos of glitches,but they are not near as gold as that one was to get on camera.I smashed my system so much to get the glitch,but i didn't.Instead,I erased most of the data on ther game(Don't ask me how, because i do not know how)

when you start act 2 the background stays dark as long as knuckles doesnt enter the cave just like when sonic act 2 uses the brighten palette

Is it possible to continue past the "Killer Sign" glitch by flying past the spring and grabbing some rings so it's not instant death? What happens to the rest of the level - does every sprite then have the boss's ice blocks?

I actually was able to bypass the act 1 completely with hyper sonic instead of knuckles. After using the bypass act 1 glitch, if you jump into and hold right on the slope that takes you up towards the boss at the end of act 1, and you keep hold of the down+right button until you hit the red bumper, you will fly into the air where the 8 [i think 8...] rings are in the air. Once you are over them, simply double jump upwords and then to the right, and you are now in act 2, no boss fight!

I know a glitch where you need debug mode you have to go through all the level. And when your underground the act boss is Underground and when you defeat it the underground point is light and the whole act 2 is underground i call it Ice Caverns Zone glitch

You can get the act 2 music in act 1 also if you die at the act 1 boss. When you return to the check point the act 2 music starts.

Actually, I think you can reach the end of act 1 using only Tails without Sonic's control. Though I only say this because I've been in a challenge involving that oversight/glitch. I got annoyed and stopped, but I'm pretty sure someone took advantage of the screen looping and got on the platform that kept Sonic from infinitely sliding.

Using the "Super Sonic breakout" glitch in Sonic 3 alone allows Sonic to climb back up the mountain too. In Sonic 3, control is regained immediately after smashing the wall. This gives the player just enough time to hold left. Normal Sonic can't do it due to his lowered speed.

The first glitch seems pretty suspicious since there are EXACTLY 50 rings on the mountain. Maybe the designers knew of this glitch but didnt bother fixing it because they thought no one would be able to collect all the rings?

Pretty sure I did that by accident once, kinda startled me seeing Super Sonic got hurt, even moreso after hearing that alternate death sound effect (the sharp "CRACK!" instead of the usual "ta-dum"), made me think the game was glitching out or something.

...Well, moreso than usual for allowing me into that area in the first place, heh. Since then I was never able to recreate it, and always wondered what was up with that area until I got Sonic & Knuckles.
