Ok In My 1 encounter i was doing jeff mission and by accident i killed jeff girlfriend and fail the mission and i CAN'T find him again in the place i found him the first time and im trying to reach 100% im trying to call him but his phone is off PLEASE HELP AND ANSWER...!!!!!! PLEASE

If you fail a Random encounter, you don't get a second chance to redo it...

If you kill his wife, it actually changes the way you do the encounters. If his wife is killed, Jeff cannot kill her, so the other two of his encounters are blocked. And there's no need to worry about 100% completion: Jeff's encounters are not required for 100%.

@GamingJaguarBSB I do like it! GTA is one of my favorite game series! I'm just saying some of the stuff you do in it is quite depressing. Like this, for example. It reminds me of the GTA III Mission "Dead Skunk In The Trunk" where you have to take a Manana with a Forelli corpse in it.

my only disappointment in this mission was the fact that the body wasn't lifeless. rockstar shud have had an arm falling, or a leg. mayb the wife could still b alive and mumbling something to niko.(this could lead to the option of taking her to the hospital mayb?) still awesome video!

The only way you wouldn't be able to retry the mission would be if you killed his wife. And that doesn't take away 100% completion.
