he actually IS very sweet and humble too! Not at all the rockstar type but a guy that sends you postcards years after you fed him a meal in a strange country

Yeah I know it sucks that his stuff is so hard to find. Amazon and ebay are always good sources and his new album is coming out on Jan. 27th.

Bought the CD on amazom MP3. Instantly likeable, but after more listens it becomes somewhat of a classic. This guy really poured his heart and soul into that record. A fine testament. It is a sound unique to Neal, but as far as record enthusiast go I would file it next to somebody like Gene Clark, Big Star, Matthew Sweet or James Carr. Artists you are glad to discover and make ones music memory all the better.

Neal is currently recording a new record at my father's studio. I hang out with him when he's here, and he is such a nice, awesome guy as well as a fabulous musician.
