@GraemeMDBSc aye they do - even though they're called the inishowen gospel choir, and its in a church, they're a secular bunch, and they mostly do blues and contemporary covers

They probably do..but the sexual imagery is actual straight from the Bible..it's about Kind David committing adultery with Bathsheba. He was a powerful man of God, but like everyone, gave into temptation and got her. They had sex, he got her pregnant, and ordered her husband to be at the front of battle and everyone else draw back. Once her husband was killed, he thought everything was fixed..little did he know the consequences to his actions. Their son ended up dying and he eventually repented,

Holy cow. How is it that only the population of a small town has seen this? And millions tune in to watch songs being bled of their vibrancy by the mainstream machine? I saw Foy live a few years ago supporting Raul Midon. I was blown away and have been a fan since.... I am so glad he has taken this song back to something great. It was such a shame the X factor ruined it for a while.
