I wouldnt know how to practice it pal, I'm not a drummer, but it's pretty standard to start slow and build your speed up for most instruments. I believe its done to stop cramping more than anything, because it uses different muscles, but again, im no drummer!

My advice is to find a local and affordable metal drum teacher. even if he can't do the Krim stuff, he might be able to teach you to do it. He may understand it, musically, and coach you. Just a suggestion.

If you've ever moved your leg up and down like when your nervous or something like that.. You'll notice it moves really fast.. But, if you can control that reflex... You can do this kinda stuff.

To control that movement you need to practice every day 2 o 3 hours without stopping... if feel that your muscles are burning, don't stop, just continue for a while...

And then when the muscles feel really tired, only stop playing for 1 o 2 days, let your muscles rest and then you will play better, faster and with much more control, because the muscle is growing...

Just it's takes to 2 o 3 month to control that movement.
