The way I see it is that the Memphis fans aren't the ones who tried to get in a fight with the opposing team's players after they lost a game because they couldn't score a basket in damn near the final two minutes of the game.

That said, Memphis needs to work on those free throws. It almost killed them against UAB this year, and it did them in against Tennessee.

One of the my most memorable moments at UAB. I camped out in line that afternoon at 3PM in order to get a wristband at 5:30 to even get a seat, and Mike Anderson came out and shook some hands with the 30-something people in line at the time. We somehow ended up having to sit in the upper part of the arena and was one of the last ones to make the way down the stairs and rush the court. From up top, that was the coolest site ever. It was like an above ground swimming pool breaking open.

I'm a Memphis fan, and I was at that game. I've got no problem admitting that this was the loudest, most raucous environment I have ever witnessed at a game. UAB flat outplayed us that night.

Oh, and juanteeze. That was our only conference loss in the last TWO years.
