Who would have thought this would be the start of such an awesome relationship? I still think this is where they both fell for each other---Thank god for Villy or Y & R would be going the way of ATWT, soon.
Maybe the writer's should give Billy a break. He has lost almost everything in his life, it would come as no surprise if his life would end, accident, suicide whatever. Come on now, how much more can the man take?!

I am over Billy Abbott. He has been on way to much. An entire episode geared toward him is the final straw for me. I just can't take it anymore. BM has had his moments of shine but IMO this epi was nothing but a waste. At least when CLB had his stand alone he actually acted. All BM had to do in this epi was snark and stand there. That is not acting. BM has been on way to much. I need a break from him
I agree. They both don't match. Do they inspect us to believe that he can have a romantic thing with her. Her, over Chole, Mac, and Sharon. He had better chemistry with the girl he hooked up with behind the ally.
It is also very evident that Billy's epiphany has nothing to do wit loving chloe(as chilly fans were pushing) it has more to do with losing Mac,esp to sum1 he hates n hurting D n having her turn to Chance as a father figure,but absolutely nothing to with Chloe which is absolutely fine in my book!But I'm looking forward to see where they're taking this Vikki Billy connection, are they gonna do a switcheroo n put them togther n bac to JT n Mac,either way I think AH and BM would be great together.
U know I wasnt expecting Victoria of all ppl to be theone to take Billy home at the end. But the one thing that sticks with me after this epi ended was "He ledt Delia's gift on the floor!" he shoulda at least picked it up and taken it with him, it woulda been more symbolic that way. Perhaps to show that he really was gonna try and fix what he'd broken.
I will say this tho.....altho I'm skeptical as to whether Billy will actually change, the epi wasnt bad.....I actually kinda liked it
I especially like the idea of C&C being together and married in the future. Thats my honest wish for them. Lol Another thing I liked is when John made plain as day that Billy hates that Chloe doesnt come running when he snaps anymore, cuz we all knew thats the only thing he "liked" about Chloe. So now everyone needs to recognize the authentic-ness of C&C! Happy New Year Everyone!
And I am just saying that it seems weird that Cane would spend his New Years Eve with Mac instead of his wife who has cancer. You would think that they would have had Lane together instead of Cane and Mac.
Lily told Cane to go to work. Cane didn't want to but Lily insisted and said she would be in good hands.
Preview spoilers for 2010 for Lane show nothing about Lane being in any kind of turmoil. They actually have quite a bit of surprises coming up. So the fact that Cane and Mac were together on New Years Eve means nothing. And I'm sure Cane is about to go back to the hospital. Preview for the next eppy shows him there.

I'm not saying Billy Miller isn't talented. He has his merit at times, though there were times he didn't get it done for me with the crying and the whining, but no character should be on as much as Billy Abbott has been. He's got to be first or no lower than third in the episode count for this year.
@tarheel715 Last year they did an entire episode based around Michael Baldwin and Christian LeBlanc won (or co-won, really) a Daytime Emmy because of it. Which is just to say, I don't think it's indicative of overexposure at all.
Miller's on the canvas so much right now because two key characters, Nikki and Victor, aren't. Before their hiatus, Billy and Chloe hadn't been frontburner, but they were moved up to compensate for the absence.
Victor or not, Billy Miller has barely had time for a vacation because of his airtime this calendar year. The show has carried on without Victor and Nikki just fine and Billy was on plenty before they left. BM is very popular and he has very obviously been the preference of YnR this year. Whether or not anyone else that's ever had the stand alone episode was as popular or overexposed is immaterial to me because I think the choice for the episode speaks for itself for several reasons.
i love this couple ..i hope they stay together ....billy is the best...

Billy Miller hit it out if the ball park. I loved every part of the show.
Not tired of the character, but it's time he gets away from Mac, Chloe and Jack.
I'm looking forward to where Billy and Victoria. If anyone can work miracles to save her boring, control freak personality, it's gonna be him.
Love the chance, no pun intended C & C might be allowed to stand on their own.

i am an uber billy miller fan, but i get where everyone is coming from with the overexposure,
a rest or an absence wouldn't be unreasonable.
but really, why victoria? I'm afraid of what the answer might be.

Cane and Lily will supposedly have a great 2010 so no worries there. But,
to those who still worry, that hug was
no big deal. If they had shown their faces close-up and they looked all confused or moony-eyed..then there'd be reason to talk. That wasn't the case.
