They are a gift to them from Allah, and no one should operate on them.
Allah makes no mistakes or errors, so this must be Allah's wish for them.The family should feel blessed to be so special as to have a gift from Allah !!
I would fear Allah would smite them for not accepting his gift and using man made medicine to change it.
