You're one lazy f**k for using that poor donkey. I did that hike with an sore knee in the dead of summer and had no problems - and I am am out of shape! Only fat, lazy people use those poor donkeys to get to the Monastery. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Please do not ride donkeys! They can carry only 45 kg. They often have wounds under their saddles and don't get enough food and water. The way to the Valley of the Kings is much too far for them!
