it's a problem with referees. they sometimes fall guilty of being spectators. they won't give a foul unless the "victim" exaggerates. how many times have you seen foul play in penalty boxes go unpunished. so some players force the referees hands by doing things like diving or grabbing the ball when they fall. if referees can be more decisive, less of this would happen.
