  • Im a man. I read all the reviews. That have been posted here. I cried, due to the fact that I have family and close friends that have served our country. And I can not due to medical reasons. But I am proud to say that I am happy to An American and I know God has blessed this nation and its troops. We will never for get that day. I was in the 5th grade when it all happened.

  • Great video bro!! Thank you for your service to our nation!!!

  • @GunznGear thanks Van, appreciate it

  • The only reason why this is getting so much attention is the 10year thing. Next year people won't give a shit about it. I didn't hear shit the last 3 years or more and now its a huge thing to be patriotic once every 10 years. How about being patriotic everyday. Not just when some bullshit happens that everyone thinks some dude in the middle of nowhere, thousands of miles away, in a cave, with a cell phone masterminded an attack when I don't get cell phone service in certain areas of my county.

  • @theshogun77 every year since i have remained patriotic, guess not the case with you

  • i remember that day vividly. it was not a good time, i was young(around 5), it still to this day has a lasting impression on me. Also, thank you so much for your service.

  • @ChrisreadIRL thank you for watching

  • you joined in 2001 right , cause you said sept 15th 2011

  • @ImNotGoingtobePC yea i guess i messed that up

  • Great Vid. I was 4900 miles away. Stationed in Honolulu, HI trying to call my family in NY 3 of my brothers worked up Ave of Americas and watched the towers fall. Like you I knew where we were going to be stationed next.

  • @jmce3 wouldn't take it back for anything

  • I said it before, you are my hero, dude. I really mean that.

  • @thebudgetarmory1 thank you buddy, means alot

  • Cool video, My son was 9 years old on that day and a few months ago he came home from a year long tour in Afghanistan.Presently he is going through retraining for a possible redeployment again sometime next year.

  • @biguy525 sounds like he is in the army?..good luck to him in any future deployements

  • I was home sick from school in seventh grade (nursing a cold) floor in the house was being re-stained so the place was a mess. Mom came out of her room crying, told me to turn on the news. I did, one of the towers was in an inferno, and I watched as the second plane hit. I will never forget watching people jump off the roof nor will I forget the towers collapsing. I could not make sense of any of it, I was in shock. Influenced my decision to go to Marine OCS. Still in school though.

  • @Alexn1067 sweet man, hit the ground running, there are pfc's with more experiance than you will have when u get out and your going to have to guid them in the right direction

  • sacramento, ca. working at the sacramento international airport loading an DHL cargo plane. sent home w/ out pay.

  • @leeradio13 that sucks

  • I was still a kid when this happened

  • @SgtHiggins35 Semper Fi my brother

  • I was 10, and supposed to be in my science class, 5th grade but I had gotten put over into another class to help with some things, I believe we were working on projects. It was 8:30 and we started class, but were interrupted by the intercom and we were told to turn on the tv's. I watched the news that morning, instead of doing class work. It was the first time that I had ever sat down and watched the news. The tv was turned on right after the first plane hit, then we all saw the second hit.

  • @BlackitoOzora not sure of the feeling you had at that young age, but remember what it was like, so you can tell your kids

  • @lskw1 At first I did not understand it, but within the passing moments I did. I felt hurt, confused and upset. I could not for the life of me figure out why people would be so cruel. Why would someone do that? But on that day I realized the world can be a cruel and unfair place, that in an instant, everything that you love and care about can be gone and that you should cherish it while you have it. I am no longer sad on 9/11, but I will never forget it.

  • @BlackitoOzora right on

  • 7th Grade, 2nd period Geography class with Mrs. Thomas. I was shocked and didn't go back to school for a few days. I knew that we would get involved and now I'm trying to get done with college as fast as I can so I can go to Marine OCS or enlist

  • @plexmasterp go enlisted, you will have a better appreciation for your actions when you get out, having an officer around you is like being followed by an asshole sherif all day, just some cock looking to get you into trouble cause your uniform is wrinkled, but has no clue what its like to actually go to boot camp and be in the shit,

  • I was 5 aswell and I do remember watching the news and seeing it on TV because I was gettin ready for school, Im british and Cant wait to join my brothers in arms over there when Im old enough! RIP to all 9/11 victims and the soldiers fighting for their country.

  • @liamcoombs96 good luck with your future endevors, use your head, do as your trained, and keep your head down

  • @lskw1 :) Thanks for the advice man!

  • @liamcoombs96 anytime

  • I was 10, i was at home and i can remember my mom crying watching the news as it happened live. I watched the second tower fall, and i cried and couldn't understand (still cant) how people could be so evil.

  • @sherman614 when your at war with another country, or another type of ppl, you feel that hate, its unlike any other feeling.

  • Respect Bro

  • @stripymccatpuss much appreciated

  • I want to join the marines. I am 15 and i cant remember where i was. any tips?

  • @InsertGun any tips on remembering or on joining the marines?

  • @lskw1 Joining, boot camp, and some of your favorite experiences.

  • @InsertGun if interested get with a recruiter right away and see if there are any incentives for you to join, be in shape, not like body building shape cause that won't really help you, but endurance shape, and have thick skin, just let what they say and what they do roll off your back cause there doing it to help you, my favorite experiances are the guys that i served with, i miss every one of them that i don't regularly see.. they are my brothers

  • Thanks for your story and service!

  • @robbie574 thanks for watching

  • i was 5 i cant remeber what happend i think im lucky

  • @futuresolider96 so long as you know now
