  • Wait! Beautiful remake but isn't Peter Cetera in the video? I could have sworn that he were! 1997 wasn't that long ago!

  • @CrimsonBaby2007 hey was in the video for like a few seconds.guess it was edited up hear, they should have been big as boyz to men and jodeci

  • I miss the 90's. The best decade

  • What a beautiful remake. My friend played this for me the other night and it took me a while to recognize it! No wonder I finally said "that guy sounds exactly like Peter Cetera." Saw them in 1972 or 1973 at the San Diego Sports Arena. My late brother's GF stuck her tongue down my throat during "Color My World." I was just a kid, so she was being nice, lol . . .

  • THIS MIGHT BE THE GREATEST SONG EVER CREATED

    THAT INCLUDED THE ACAPELLA VERSION

  • If you like this song, you should listen to the acapella version!

  • i love this i can listen to it over and over again

  • I cant get enough of this song!!

  • MARC NELSON.......SMH ...THEY SHOULDV HAD AN AMAZING CAREER,THIS MAKE ME SAD,R&B IS DEAD

  • Soulfood version ..

  • im use to the acapella version but i fell in love with this today

  • To bad we dont have group like these guys and Boyz ll Men anymore. The 90's were truly the best times when it came to music like this.

  • Puppy always makes things better

  • Love this version. Their voices are awesome

  • 2:21 who noticed the puppy :)

  • bring back the 90's where the girls were the loves of there life, not like today's rnb where there all sluts and whores!!!!

  • What happened to young black men who could actually sing and harmonize??

Groups like AZ Yet, Boyz II Men, Blackstreet, . . .

It seems like after the 90's ended, they all disappeared. . .now all we've got is 8-10 guys spittin nonsense into a microphone at the same stinkin' time. . .

  • The one with the braids....mmm...mmm...mmm...too sexy . Got my mind wandering.....

  • best rendition to this song hands down....

  • What happened to r&b like this?

  • ahh let's bring these kinds of music back!!

  • @donna1214 yea niggas dont sing like this know more

  • @JonesStreetTv niggas don't spell like that "NO" more either :-)

  • both versions rock!!

  • @jokester859 CHECK OUT THE DAUGHTERS OF MARC NELSON

  • don't hear music like this no more!!!!!!!

  • I think you are wrong, the original version by Peter Cetera was made in the 80s. The way it happened was that AZ YET'S record lable LaFace asked if they could remake the song and he agreed. This version is simply amazing because of its vocal arrangements and harmony that give the song its unique twist. Peters original version sang by him and his group Chicago is great, but you can't compare the two because one is done in 4 part harmony and the other just as a lead. 90s4ever

  • Wow you tube rockz

  • 25 dislikes is most stupid son in the world!!

  • i think your wrong, the original version by peter cetera was made in the 80 s. az yets record lable, la face records asked if they could remake the song and he agreed. This version is simply amazing because of its vocal arrangements and harmony that give the song its unique twist. Peters original version sung by him and his group chicago is realy good but you just cant compare the two because they are in two different classes.

  • jesus im only 22 but this takes me WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY BACKKKKKKKKKKKK LIKE 96 OR 97

  • @KansasCityTEA OMG ME TOO, NOTHING CAN BEAT 90'S SERIOUSLY

  • in my opinion this version is wayyyy better

  • i know Az YEt member before Boyz II Men but leave the group

  • Holy Fuck... I forgot how much I was in LOVE with this song sung by these guys!! Peter Cetera dis his thing, but these men with voices owned and operated it... LOL! Love this!!

  • jaja

  • wow this song is deep!!!

  • they were awesome..until one of them thought he was better then the rest and went solo..fkin bsterd lol

  • I love this song!!! wow AZYet Rocks!!!! cant wait for their new music!!!

  • hey. i found it..! tight.. i found it on my phone but hard to find on here.. didnt know who it was til now

  • i love the music.

  • Nicely done and pays beautiful tribute to this song.

  • And the moral of the video? If u ever cheat, cheese & buy your puppy & everything'll be ok. ;-)

  • Am I the only one who has never seen Chicago?

  • peter came in and smashed all they vocals!!! lol!

  • @spekktakk1 r u on crack? I like peter cetera but no.

  • This is my favourite version. It suits the soulful ballad style they give it.

  • good song.. but they killed it.. Peter should be disappointed that they redid the song

  • @mrdgz415 He should be disappointed? What? He should be disappointed because you are? Goodbye troll. They did him and CHicago proud. I so love this song!

  • Reminds me of my high school girl. I loved her. Thx 4 the post

  • I like this version. It's probably the best cover version I've heard of the song. Having said that, I was a little weirded out by the fact that they changed the lyrics. The first time they do the chorus, they sing, "After all that *you've* been through...". That was the biggest change, and it kind of took me out of the moment. Obviously, Peter Cetera didn't mind that, though. :) Other than that, job well done! :)

  • westlife version is much better for me =}

  • @jerickaqua you cant be serious...

  • beautiful song, and absolutely amazing version!

  • yay old school!!

  • it is such a beautiful song! and i simply love this version.

  • Darryl! <333 am i the only one who thinks he's super finee??? xD

  • Marc Nelson started Boyz II Men, then left before they got huge, he started this group and left wtf is wrong with this dude?

  • LOVE THIS SONG.

  • The Last Guy Who Is Riffing At The Very End Of The Song Gave Me The Goosebumps!

  • @DJKidGarin The guy at the end name is Marc Nelson.

  • @DJKidGarin what is riffing?

  • Classic!!

  • Tell you what, I'm a huge Chicago fan and love the original, but AZ Yet knocked it outta the park with this version!! And the addition of Peter Cetera at the end sealed it! Great song!!!...

  • how the hell can you not like this??? are people stupid? this version reminds me of my grandfathers death i cried so much when he died, i played this song over and over and over again..

  • Miss those dayz!

  • Good remake!

  • Not the original boo!

  • @VIPER720DD who cares. This version is fresh.

  • Wow this is a really good song specially because it has a happy ending =)

  • Why did music now change from "great" to "WTF?" It doesnt even make sense nowadays.

  • @TheRinaaBaaby Cause anything with a good beat these days seems to sell no matter how lame the artist is. Soulja Boy is a prime example.

  • ahhhh good music... this is what they need to make now n days!! miss the 80's n 90's r&b....

  • the 21 dislikes watched this with their monitors upside down....

  • This is a time when videos didnt' have men with their pants hanging off their butts and women didn't have T & A flapping in the camera. Good decent video and a good remake of a song. Miss the 90's for real.

  • @sharrrob if u dont like t and a.... ur an ass bandit

  • Such a great song!! Brings me back to my senior year in high school. :)

  • WHAT HAPPENED TO DIS GROUP DATWAS DA SHIT

  • 3 minutes! that run is crazy, beautiful falsetto!

  • this song is so beautiful. I got teary eyed and its very hard for me to cry. Guess I still have a heart after being hurt by everyone I loved

  • Stunning performance. Just totally completely and absolutely nailed it!

    That's a three thumbs upper!

  • boy bands were great in the 90s...wat happened??

  • Still love this song...and Peter Cetera's voice is amazing ;)

  • This song deserves a bump. They did a great job with this remake!

  • @Craverofchocolate No it wasn't Mike it was Shawn who Marc butted heads with and he called him a nerd one too many times & Shawn went off on him one day this is shortly before they signed with Motown. Michael Bivins had already found them when they went to a New Edition/BBD Concert to sing for them. Shawn & Wanya both felt that it would best if Marc left so Marc told Nate he was leaving since Shawn & Wanya felt Marc got a big head early on and Shawn got tired of Marc belittling him

  • @jermaineasu Thanks for clearing that up. There are a couple of different stories on the internet about the break up.

  • Rap has destroyed my community, i mean as a Black person that's the kind of song i want to listen. Now i have turned to all kind of classic musics such as country music and classic music as such. I can name some country singer such as Rob Thomas, Billy Corrington, Flatts, Luke Bryan etc...

  • @Bellcart

    lies

  • @Bellcart Preach, brother! the same as me. I have stopped listening to rap. it's getting ridiculous. even though I like old school hiphop I can't wait for it today's rap to die off so we can get our dignity and humanity back.

  • @deejayruckusa4 they got an official page on here. ForeverAzYet

  • tears

  • so beautiful it gave me goosebumps :)

  • peter cetera is like icing on the cake in this one

  • Yes Marc was an original Boyz II Men he co founded the group with Nathan they had a pic of them getting ready to perform at their school for fellow students on youtube. It was 5 members and they all had white suits and high top fades

  • classic acapella

  • i always thought the most pale guy in the group was the odd one out

  • Where are they now? They were really good!!!

  • Awesome! I will always love this song.

  • SO AWESOME! :)

  • YEAH! YEAH! this is were we continue

  • the lead singer is a vegan, i wish all people were!

  • Comment removed

  • It's kind of pointless for Peter to be in there with only one line and STILL receive credit. And they should have left that last little bit of piano that the original song had to tie things up neatly. Other than that, I WAS feeling this.

  • Why did I think Boyz 2 Men sang this?

  • @WtfPugs That's because Az Yet and Boyz II Men are Philadelphia-based music acts.

  • @BenJabituya - and the dude in the back seat right behind the driver at the start of the video is Marc Nelson...former member of Bozy II Men...

  • @MrSixFive Marc Nelson was never a part of Boyz II Men

  • @JMiguel1007 Marc Nelson was an original member of B2M. He and the guys went to high school together. He and Mike didn't get along and he felt he was more suited to a solo role. His debut album came out around the same time as his B2M counterparts but was greeted with limited fan fare. You can read his bio anywhere online, so I don't understand how you didn't know this. I know this question wasn't for me, but I felt the need to respond. Cheers!

  • @JMiguel1007 Yea. Unfortunately for him He had quit right before they got big. That was a big mistake on his part. He wanted a solo career and wound up having to join a group anyway.

  • Still crazy GOOD!!! Just Crazy gooooood!!!

  • wat has music now a days become!

  • They need to bring this kind of music back...they say history repeats itself lets just hope that applies to music like this talso

  • @H3NRI3 The didn't "destroy it". They simply did their own version of the song. Peter Cetera LOVED it so much he asked them to be a part of his song "You are the inspiration". He also had a small part in this video but the scene was cut. Peter knows good music. If you don't like it, that's fine, but to say this is the "worst cover" you've ever heard is unbelievable. Just listen to Britney cover "My prerogative" by Bobby Brown, lol.

  • @Craverofchocolate Any original song is great, but Az Yet's version has more of a soulful sound. Does anybody have their other version? Their remix is about the same, but the bass line is heavier, they sing a little harder (more emotion), and Peter Cetera isn't on it.

  • @tyari75 I have several different versions of this song that I bought off of ebay a few weeks ago. The original remake is on the album. I never said the original is better, I do believe a remake can sometimes be better than the original song and this is one of them. I also think B2M did the better version of the Beatles," Yesterday". I'm not really sure if you were replying to me, for some reason.

  • @Craverofchocolate i am now 22 years old but somehow i can remember this video being played on tv with peter cetera in it. i think it's because of my older sisters who loved the song and recorded it on vcr

  • @Craverofchocolate I JUST heard this song for the very first time today and I absolutely LOVE it! I knew it sounded SO familiar but couldn't place the original artist until I searched it here. I have heard my fair share of bad covers and or remakes, but THIS is so far removed from the list of bad "worse covers!" They did Chicago & Peter Cetera proud!

  • @Craverofchocolate i tried to teach my kids GOOD music .... if it wasnt new and mainstream fabulous they didnt care for it. Artists like this add a twist to it, making it new but keeping the same value as the original. Now cause of artist remakes like this ... they appreciate older artists like CHICAGO and many forgotten greats.

  • these guys have a nice voice, but when peter cetera kicks in. wow!

  • What this video is trying to say, apparently, is that guys can get away with all the shit they want to in a relationship, as long as they buy their wives/girlfriends a cute puppy. Hooray lesson learning!

  • amazing song..makes me cry evrytime

  • This video clip back in 1997 first created my awareness (and made me a fan of since) of the road versions of the Hummer!

  • this the shit

  • this song is the shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • These guys were incredibly talented, what happened???

  • @MISSPRESLEY122 They are still very talented i am great friends with Shawn Rivera and Marc Nelson tey all are still singing do a youtube search for Shawn he's got some great music and live stuff he did over in Italy

  • :'( WAHHHH...

  • Awwwwww thanks for the post!

  • Thanks for posting. I love this song.

  • First CD i ever bought!!!!! still the best ever

  • this is the original shit, no need to auto tune! but its how it is, time goes by gotta move with whats going on! but classic truly is!

  • r&b is lost in this day and age

  • i used to have this cd lol

  • Which one is Tony Grant?
