@vitaboy64 I assume you're saying that the kid DID have an illegal choke. The kid in the yellow did not have an illegal choke hold for several reasons. 1st, he had the head with an arm, which is not considered a choke. 2nd, even if that move was illegal, the ref would've called "illegal move" 3rd, it was indeed a legal move, and a pretty decent one at that. In my opinion, (if I was the ref in that situation) I would've called a pin because the blue kid was already on his back and pinned.
