Years ago I adopted a kitten who's back legs were unusable. Yes, she ran around on her front paws (like a wheelbarrow) with her butt in the air. The vet recognized her condition, which was congenital, and said very few cats like her survived kittenhood.
She lived for over sixteen years and found ways to enchant me almost every day.
I believe there is a special place in heaven for creatures like this.
