But i saw a very similar phenomenon last year. I was walking on the street at a night with my girlfriend and we saw that a light appears on the sky (i remember it was a very luminous green sphere with no sound at all, and was like 20 meter wide) There was no big altitude,perhaps 50 meters high and first it was moving like 40 meter in the air and stops for 2 seconds and then like in this video it was flying up towards the sky and disappears.
