What's the point of throwing out countless number of rhetorical questions.  He knows why he didn't sign the lease back in January; because they are trying to double his rent. If he would've signed the lease, he would be paying more rent than what Corporate Tully's is paying. Poullard is a fucking scum, who's interest does he represent?
