SSMelvin, My advice start making money first! I'm a BIG believer in FIRST making cash-flow and SECOND proving to yourself that you can succeed at this business. Then use this income to pay for any licences or corporate entities you need.
I'm in Texas and I was told you can't do any more than one mobile home deal (buying and then selling) a year, otherwise you need a Dealer's License. I want to find a way around it, but it looks like I might just have to pay to get that license.
