I'm a white guy, who grew up in the Mississippi Delta in the 1970's and 80's. I went to all-black public schools. When I was in the 2nd grade, I became best friends with a black kid named Jeff. We laughed so much, we'd get in trouble at school. This scene reminds me our friendship.

We live 300 miles apart now, but I think I'll drop in on him at Christmas this year. :)

I wish everyone could see each other for WHO they are, and not the COLOR they are.
