  • This is a MG-43, not a MG-42, it's obvious. Everybody know that..

  • @brutallyhonest3000 got any response from your mg42 request? i also try to get the opportunity to shoot an mg42...

    greetings from germany

  • One of the most beautiful noises ever heard :D

  • fuck yeah

  • cool cool cool cool !! heil hitler !!!

  • They called this Hitler's buzz saw

  • sounds like a saw!

  • No, it's a '42. a lighter bolt can raise the rate to nearly 2000 ! rounds a min! impressive toy, eyh? for 70(!) years ago. That "chainsaw" fertelised europe's green acre's with plenty o' good ol' "American heroes" Hiiiyyaaa !!

  • this is a mg3 because it is exactly ,like a mg42 with a slower fire rate

  • private ryan's nightmare, mg42

  • That is not an MG34 in any way. Could still be the MG42, the cyclic rate is down however there are ways to slow the rate down if you want to. I have used one during reenactments and live fired it as well. By changing the spring and the bushings we got the RPM down to about 900 to save money.

  • MG43 u can tell, rate of fires too low for a mg42

  • Don't you mean MG34?

  • no, this is not a MG34. the MG34 looks totaly different.

  • My dad use to feed the bullets into the gun during the war.,but after it was fired they had to run to a different position. He told me about how the barrel was quick to change

  • sounds like a slower rate of fire because with the mg42, you could not tell when one bullet was shot to the next. With this gun you can tell when each bullet is being fired

  • This looks like an MG3 to me, the modern German army uses this model which is similar to the mg42 but has a reduced rate of fire. Nevertheless nice!

  • I need a couple of those babies in case of an "emergency"!!! Sweet!!!

  • Man, I love those!

I have two in my military service and I've never been happier lugging around shit-heavy stuff xD.

  • my grandpa was actually in WW2 and he said that 3 of his best friends were torn to shreds by MG42's

  • Sorry to hear that, my dad didn't have a good feeling inside after the smoke cleared. Seeing all the men that won't be going back home. you see my father was a german soldier, in the 16th panzer grenedier division. My dad also lost alot of his buddys. One last thing that he said was "my freinds are still young and I'm an old man" what men have to live with after being in a war is absolute dispear.

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeet man :)

  • cool

  • Well made German MG42 guns. I FOUND WORLD'S FASTEST FULL-AUTO RUGER 10/22 RIFLE ! Take look at my YouTube video.

  • wow way faster than the m1919 american machine gun lol

  • Its really a great machinegun - accurate at longer range than all other machine guns I know of - And really gives a spray of real stopping power with 7.62 mm round - We still use a never version of it in the dainish army - Its so mean at taking people down that it is knick named the "Hitler-Saw" A good thing its on our side now =)

  • The original caliber of the MG42 is 7.92mm!

  • MG3

  • The MG42 had 2 bolts, light, and heavy. Heavy brings it down to 800 RPM.

  • The fire rate of the MG42 is 1500 rounds per minute!!! That are 25 rounds per second!!!

  • mg 3

  • I might sound like a dumbass asking this but i was wondering on a gun like this (MG42) why do you need to hold the bullet belt up?? LOL

  • it helped from jamming up thats what i heard.

  • I'm not sure if this is right but i think it's to help feed the amo beter and prevent it from jaming correct me if i'm wrong.

  • The rate of fire is even lower than that of the MG3 which has pretty high 1200 rpm.

I would say this one has between 800 and 900 rpm like a license produced mg3 from Italy or Spain which come with very heavy bolts and different recoil reinforcers to limit the rpm.

Either it is a Mg42 with a not historically correct bolt installed or it is non-german produced licence MG3 ;)

  • so manscher Feind hat sich vor ihr verneigt :-)

  • This is a modern MG 3, which is the throttled version of the MG 42. The title of the video is wrong.

  • When the barrel gets hotter the fire rate goes up, some guns could get up to 1500/m on occasion. Not always of course.

  • hey thats my favourite voice in my music

  • ah no the word was nois, sorry

  • Yes its actually The MG3 which fires 900 rounds per minute. The original Mg42 fires 1200

  • no the 42 fire 1.500/m and the mg 3 fire 1.200/m

    the austria mg 74 fire 850 ;)

i shoot the mg 3 often in my german "bundeswehr" time

  • Stimmt,du hast recht.

  • 1200 - 1300;)

  • Must be a heavy bolt. Its a bit slower than usuall or is it not?

  • mg42 is faster than that gun dude it makes bam bam bam and yours make bam bam bam^^

  • Not an mg42 dude

  • Fucking not an MG-42 man...

  • This video is not producing the actual sound, because the Mg42 sounds nothing like that.

  • I want one too... I want to shoot cans...

  • It's a Yugoslavian M53, due to its slower rate of fire.

  • it could be an Austrian MG74, too. It´s based on the MG3 of the German Army (Bundeswehr), but is slowed down to 800 rpm.

  • See My Favorite Vids for Info on getting the Lafette tripod for the MG42 if interested! I'm stationed in the heart of Germany. Hee Heee

Check My Fav Vids Marked "Original German Military Lafette/Tripod for MG42/ MG53/ MG3"

  • Its an Mg42... The MG3 has a different barrel; cant be an MG34 because the instalement of a performance jacket and the receiver and gearbox its too square. The rate of fire its still fast

  • maybe its the modern variant, the mg3... its rate of fire is 700 rpm, because of technical problems and (what i heard) some human right stuff.

  • not shooting fast enough for a mg42..

  • Actually it was a big misconseption that the 42' was the only gun with that kind of fire rate. The MG34/41 version of MG34 could cope with a fire rate upto 1,200 rounds a minute 300 were made before the finished MG42 design but to bed the MG34's in terms of production, and the MG 15 could fire upto 1,250 rounds a minute - I wonder if troops confused the MG 15 with a 42' since they had similar capabilities in terms of rate of fire?

  • It got a lot of man killed in those days....but it`s a a beautiful gun..

    peace!XX

  • Its the Mg42 not the Mg34 notice the lack of a perforated barrel jacket?

  • sad i escape from the old country to find the new one is the same

  • actually this is a MG-34, and only 850 rpm.

  • actually this is a mg-42

  • heh no its an Mg-42 look at its barrel + it doesnt really look like the Mg - 34

  • no it's an mg42, I have one! The mg34's barrel is round and thinner, an mg42's is re-inforced like what you see here.

  • 1,200 rounds per minute.

  • GET SOME

  • It was called Hitler's "Buzzsaw" by US troops because of the high rate of fire. It sounded like a loud saw when firing non-stop on the D-Day beaches.

  • And because a tight burst could saw people in two pieces. Seriously!

  • kooool!!!

  • ya.... we cant have that shit out here in the bay

  • And thats how Machineguntimz80 became to be!

  • "they called it hitler-saw"

    I wonder why?......

  • @angloaussie lmao ^^ yes

but im rly happy that the war is endet for ever...

  • they called it "hitler-saw"

  • hes lucky that he got in my favorites
