you know, i really wish that they would make an epic trailor like that for mw3. i mean one that actually showes you inside the campain. like this one? all they do is show short little clips of different parts. but i guess now that its only 2 monts away, we can now see actual gameplay and the spec ops and multiplayer modes trailers.... mw3 is gonna beat out mw2.... This trailer was amazing it really shows where video games are going and the cinematic feel that they are trying to inject into current games. I think this trailer did not match the game however, this trailer was to insight awe and emotion but the game (as amazing as it was) lacked that emotion and despite a top notch storyline did not capture the true cinematic feel.
If you never played this game, and only seen this trailer….You are going to be excited. I think the trailer is pretty amazing, considering how mediocre the game has turned out. That’s how you sell.

Gameplay was fun. The Storyline was made me want to stab myself. In the first Modern warfare they had a believable storyline, but in this game it felt like it was just meant to shock you. I mean, a fullscale invasion of the US within 1 day?? Wouldnt happen, you could never support an operation like that or ever expect it to succeed considering the distance of the Atlantic and inefficiency of air transport of supplies. In the end I felt IW could have worked a bit more on the story.

@park950613 I know there is stuff going around but the invasion DOES take place only a day or two after the incident with Allen. Task Forces can make quick rapid invasions yes, but this force FLEW from Russia to the Mainland US, which for one is beyond the range of most aircraft and would make the long term invasion impossible, you can't logistically support an airborne operation on airdrops alone, especially since only large cargo planes can fly all the way to the US.
@park950613 You can invade that fast, but you couldn't invade that fast an ever expect it to work. No logistics force on earth can support an invasion like the one shown in MW2. Airdropping supplies is the most inefficient way to transport supplies on earth and you are limited to what you can carry in the damn airplanes. And if a standard(And safer for Russia) invasion occurred, it wouldn't have occurred in D.C. The Chesapeake Bay is too risky invasion zone.
@HaloLovingFanatic Jesus man its a video game. Realistic or not; this was a damn good game, and it shocked the hell out of me. I myself am Russian, and I know the average Russian male. Im sure we would have been capable of invading, only because revenge and hatred is the answer. Even today, America and Russia are still in some sort of cold war, im sure we have some sort of invasion plan, aswell as troops on stand by.

wow, mw2 was released on 11.10.09, and black ops's release date is scheduled for 11.09.10. just pointing that out haha but give this a thumbs up if you cant wait for black ops!

@xxgattox First of if a company lost their top employees, most likely the company will go downhill from there. Why do you think they left? Probably because alot of people found many PROBLEMS with MW2. And yes i believe Activision will release the next MW because they want to make money, this whole business is about money, they dont care if its a crap money they'll release the game anways. The same goes for movie sequels as well.

@Cardshark45 They didn't lose their employees, a good 90% of the company walked on on Activision due to a lawsuit then formed a new Software company. I still call them IW though :l And supposedly they're merging with Bungie after the release of Halo: Reach!

You know the story for that game was fantastic. It was just like playing a movie. The multiplayer seemed a bit too much though as it turned out. over all i still love this game. i am aprehensive about modern warfare 3 concidering what happened with IW.

it will cost you 1600 Microsoft points because i did it for free yesterday and its alotof work so im not gonna do it for free sorry. Well, you get every gun title and emblem, fall camo on every gun and you can stop at whatever prestige you want. you can see through walls and automatic famas, m16, raffica, also with sleight of hand you would never have to reload.
