A WordPress Page Template That You Can Edit

Do I have to have WordPress host my site in order to use it as my site template? I installed WP on my host Fatcow. How do I make that template hompage and subpages show up as an index page and subpages for my website?

@SylviaPetro - You need to self-host your WordPress site if you want to mess with page templates. If you have WordPress installed on Fatcow, then you should be able to do it - you'll need ftp access to your host so that you can create the page template.
