Worst organized excuse for a race on the planet. 1)Do a time trial and give somebody besides those on the front row a chance! 2) Don't make it even worse by having the men start and have to pass most of the women! 3)Open qualifying races to EVERYBODY not just EMT, police and firemen as my local qualifier was! If I would have been let enter the qualifier, trained like mad, won, travel across the country, and gotten stuck at the back with a high number....

Stampede! I ran up six fights of stairs in a hotel once when I was 14. Never did it again.
