This was a set up! crockmaster would have kicked r2d2's ass, even if he has no legs or waistpiece ;)

did you not take into consideration that perhaps the reason he has no legs is because r2 VAPORIZED THEM?!
Haha, with what? his bleeping noise? ;) Why would cobra send one of his troopers in a cobra wolf without missiles or guns? Maybe crockmaster was a dummy too lure r2d2 into a ambush yet to be filmed :)
Did LucasArts do the sound? If not you could take over that emiper. R-2 D2 is DA' MAN!
