i saw a strange thing too,that looked similar,but no colors,just orange lights..i dont really talk about it bcoz they say it must be a plane..but planes have a different light and they are not round..and planes as i know have a flickering light on both side.and these 6-8 things were just so organized..i mean they were flying in a perfect row ..but they didnt stir..and then they blowed out..the lights just disappeared.what do you think?I dont say i saw an UFO,but it was strange.sry for my english

Looks like a grouping of four weather balloons to me. One of the balloons probably has less helium than the others to keep them at a certain altitude (just guessing). The lights on it are probably to keep planes from hitting them.

Eve, I am leaning toward balloons on this one based on the slow rotation on a vertical axis, variety of colours and the flare of reflection is more like Sun reflection then usual self illuminated flare from the Orb UFO. The Orb UFO roll around one another demonstrating they are not attached by string as these 'balloons' do. Good observation though.
