  • si bra bra...:)

  • Carlo, is this you as well? Oh my gosh, it's spectacular!

  • @NenneEffe Yep, it's my old youtube account :)

  • 80s music

  • yeah, analog rules!

  • that was pretty sweet

  • good

  • Incredable, I love it. always wanted to know what a Jen sound4ed like. and I'm not disopointed. Your really good. I really enjoyed it. keep it up. Thanks for posting. LOL .

  • wha are you using to loop?

  • nice sounds

    keep it up.

  • i still have my jen sx, my first synth, and still use it, cos it's fat!

  • bravo bravo, non mi stanco mai di dirlo, sei una grande!

  • Is that the built-in arpeggiator on the DW8000 when you first start hitting that synth? Thinking of buying one today or tomorrow, not having had any experience with them before, and I'm curious about the arpeggiator for something so old (not that old is bad - Jupiter still rules the arps)

  • yes, it's the dw8000 arpeggiator, nice and simply to use.

  • SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!BRILLIANT!!

  • Dude, it still sounds good.

  • I just got a roland PC-200, an MAudio Uno Midi to USB and Reason 4... I'm a total noob but this video makes me want to stay up all night making music

  • good synth jam dude

  • wow..great tune.i had a jen1000 in the eighties..it was my first ever synth.

  • Are you just looping them on each keyboard or do you have an additional piece of hardware? Like the Boss RC-20XL, or some app?

  • i used logic express

  • dud thata the coolest keyboard style i have ever seen

  • Kewl man Im busy redoing mine now, Ill upload some stuff when its done.

  • Did you spray paint our Roland PC 200?

  • yes i did

  • that's bloody mad! well done! =D

  • deaaaaaaaaadly

  • I just started playing keyboards and don't know a whole lot about sound modules yet. I was wondering if mixing brands works well. I have a Korg Triton Extreme, would a Kurzweil K2600r or PC2r work well with it? I've always loved Kurzweil sounds.

  • everything goes sinds MIDI was introduced in 1985 so different brands should be no problem

    have fun

  • cool

  • Excellent.

  • colorata tu la roland pc200 mkII? :D comunque italiano 100 % il jen sx1000 :D ...bel suono

  • si, colorata da me :)

  • yeah audacity works very good :) then after you made the recording you can make the wav file to an mp3 file i use imToo to make it into a mp3 file

  • nice setup but u coulda done a lot more especially with your left hand

  • stfu

  • lol wtf... im just saying

  • lol :)

  • it's a jam, dude, not a polished composition. for a jam, you gotta give the boy credit for keeping all the plates spinning. After all, he could have just had an arpeggiator playing that left hand part but he choose to do it properly. when you watch these things, i guess you have to look at them from the right perspective. we both know the truth is a lot more could be done with everything all the time, always

  • thas skill man damn

  • this is what i wanted...awesome.

  • You don't by chance have a mp3 of this do you? It's really good man! I play Piano myself but nowhere near as good as you. Keep up the good work:)

  • just record it with Audacity, then import it as WAV to your itunes

  • that sounded so nice. question what was the sound of the first synth line that keep repeating it self over and over

  • sorry, i can't remember...surely i used both the arp and xgator.

  • cool. sorry for the stupid question im new to learning about synth.

  • i dont like a lot the electronic music

    but its good

  • love it ....it rocks....spacey!

  • Chemical Brother ? =)

  • Loved it dude. such a great meter on your left hand bass line on the JEN. sweet apreggios on the DW,

  • Wow, that was totally talent...Wow!

  • Congratulation, i from Brazil ,,, this music is simple fantastic..........

  • sweet moves

  • which one is which?

and whear can i find these?

mostly which is the loop and which is the bass

i want to circuit bend my SK1 and searching google i came across this one

very nice tune, has a kind of infected mushrooms ring to it

    i like it

  • on the left: jen sx-1000. on the right from the top: roland pc-200 (painted blue, control a kurzweil k2600r out of the screen), novation xiosynth 25, korg dw8000.

  • nice ! well done

  • Fuck you

  • Very Nice work, Its nice to find people playing it live, no loops, nice sounds, keep it up !

  • thanks...well, actually the only loop is the xiosynth

  • nice work on juggling the bassline.. not easy!! :)

  • awesomeeeeee!!

    good dude!!

    you are amazing!

    I'm a keyboard player too!

when I saw your video I said!

    ohh men!! that's cool!!!

    I love you music!

    nice work !

    take care!

  • you're really good!good job !!!

  • awesome!

  • bend them all !!!

  • ahh thought so, cheers dude keep it up

  • I really liked it, how did you loop everything?

  • i've used logic express for the drums (audio pre-recorded) and the xiosynth (the first synth i play)...i've played on it only for the first part, after, the midi sequence from logic starts...basically is a loop of what i've played...for the korg dw8000 (bottom) i've used a damper pedal and the arpeggiator works for me :)

  • can you tell me pls how to make "the midi sequence from logic starts" ? did you setup it in xiosynth? from USB, or from disk? how did you get that Logic's midi sequence to work in xio-synth?

and also, did u have to program first the arpeggiator (is it that 'fantasy very ice-y' cool sound?). how did u do it?

    thanks!

  • the xiosynth is a synth, a controller and an audio interface. i've just hit rec on logic.

the arpeggiator plays notes of chords that i played. the sound is a classic 2 sawtooths pad with 0 attack.

  • Carlè sì nu mostr!!!
