Very well snaid. My parents and I were kicked out of Egypt after the six-day war in 1967. For that privilege of leaving, we signed off all our belongings, and were ALLOWED to ake 20 Egyptian pounds each. It is stated on our passports, along with Jew in red, and "exit with no return". Sometimes people who have nothing to do with the middle east hate each other over this issue more than the people who actually live there. Those who live there have a more complex understanding. But many people outside of the region don't even realize that middle eastern Jews EXIST. This means they never even get to the point of asking the questions you have. And it is true that these Jews have a long, good + bad, "complicated" history in the region, including expulsion.

Arabs abused arab refugees by not allowing them to go out of the camps that they put them in. Even graduated toubibs, doctors are not allowed to this day to practice in any hospital outside the refugee camps. The refugees should demand their rights from ARAB RICH COUNTRIES - NOT FROM POOR ISRAEL.
