Xbox360 controller i great but for a game like crysis i prefer a mouse. To use it with Pc you need that USB add on too.

@Supreeme83 no! i´ve got a windows pc xbox 360 pad, which fits with xbox console too. i´m ego shooter fan since 12 years but after getting used to the xbox pad, there is nothing more comfortable than playing games with a tool thats designed for.

it´s not harder to control quick headshots with the pad- it´s just too easy with the mouse so u are used to it.

anyway i´m interested in your lcd tv. do you have any video problems playing actual hd games from pc?i wanna buy a big ass tv too

@jackaldigital Only thing i found was you have to make sure you have a resolution set on your pc that your tv will support. Or else you don´t get any picture.

Samsungs tvs have had problems with the onoff button from what i have heard, you may want to get another brand. I have zero problems with the one i have.

Never had problems but it sucks that it does not have a real power switch, it´s always in standby unless you unplug it.

hi bro. I have vaio that can play crysis smoothly on enthusiast ..My laptop display is 16.4 inch 1080p (But I play crysis at 720p) ...My LCD wall mount is 36 inch 748p ..When I connect my laptop to walll mount LCD with HDMI, my laptop automatically transfers the display+sound to the TV. I can play movies flawlessly. However when I play crysis I get lags and white tinted flickers on the lcd ..Should I use external display ? Can u teach me how to solve this issue ? Thanks ..I have 1 gb ATI 4650

Do you mean crysis warhead or original crysis?

I´m no expert in this but it could be a problem with drivers, do you have the latest drivers from ATI?

You could try and run crysis on an external monitor to see if you get problems on that too.

Crysis warhead ...Thanks for the reply anyways. I figured out that my resolution did not fit perfectly onto the LCD ..After a little experimenting it worked fine but the audio still did not transfer..I think I can fix that next time I try ..During cut scenes some graphics "tore" ..I think thats what V sync is for, right ? I will try turning that on and everything should be fine. btw what games u playing nowdays ? I am getting Arma II ..Watch my vids :p

Nice you got that to work.

V sync will force the monitor to show only full frames removing the tearing, but it can make the game less responsive. My pc is a build from 2007 i have a vid of that and a vid of my games.

Recently i have played alot of dead space on 360 and The conduit on wii.

Newest pc game i have is

Tomb raider:underworld.

It was not that good.

Arma II will be hardcore i don´t know if i will get it.

I got that to fully work now. If anyone has a problem with the audio than make sure than you start the game in window mode and then go full screen. I played dead space till the 11th level and now its kinda scary to complete it further lol ..I need someone to play that game with me ! I'm very busy with studies these days ..Waiting for NFS Shift, Assassins Creed 2 and the new Ubisoft game thats like DMC

No there is no lag if you have fast enough computer and Internet, has nothing to do with what Tv you have.

Playing on that TV works great i use my Xbox360 on it now.

I prefer to use a monitor for my Pc now though. You get sharper picture on a monitor.

Do you have a DVI to HDMI cable? I just bought one off newegg so i can start playing my pc again but only now on the big screen. Hope it does the trick and then i'll get an htpc case so it blends.

I have one of those but DVI and HDMI is the same standard the only difference is that HDMI carry sound as well.

My tv is 40 and full hd but many 32 TVs are not full HD. What size is best depends on the size of the room. In a small rooom 32 i good.

Do you mean like the mouse pointer is not where it looks like it is like it is invisible.

I get that too i think the thing is the game window does not position itself right. The problem goes away if i change the resolution and then let it change back.

My monitor is 1680x1050 on max resolution and the TV is full HD. The higher resolution on the TV makes it look better.

What cable have you used to connect ur pc to the tv. is it a HDMI to DVI? also what cable did you use to get the audio from the pc on ur tv speakers?

The sound is from the pc speakers not the tv.

I used a VGA cable at that time but now i have a HDMI cable running from the computer to the tv. HDMI is better then both DVI and VGA, because you can have (5.1) sound as well.

if your sound card support audio output on the HDMI you don´t need any other cables.
