I was reading the police report justifying the indictment of knox and Sollecito and I just can't understand why people criticize the jury.
The defendants didn't tell a single truth that could be confirmed by another person or facts: phone and internet records, CCTV films, witnesses seeing them close to the house at the time of the murder. They lied through their teeth!

I was reading the police report justifying the indictment of knox and Sollecito and I just can't understand why people criticize the jury.
The defendants didn't tell a single truth that could be confirmed by another person or facts: phone and internet records, CCTV films, witnesses seeing them close to the house at the time of the murder. They lied through their teeth!
It's impossible to make sense of their accounts openly contradicting one another!

Who has a real and COMPLETE knowledge of this case would know very well that there is so much evidence to bring anyone on trial and to convict the accused. If all the circumstancial evidences were brought to a U.S. court, the two youngsters would have been electricuted already. This is not to say that they are guilty or innocent. No one knows that. They could very well be innocent, I don't know, I wasn't there. But you can't ignore the fact that her boyfriend's DNA were on the part of the victim's bra, Knox's DNA found mingled with the victim's blood on five different spots in the apartment, the knife that contains both knox's and the victim's DNA in an apartment where the victim never been in. I've been pretty open minded, but I still think the trial was fair and the jury made a sound decision.

I accept the jury's decision based on the evidence they had. Look at the evidence, Knox's boyfriend DNA on part of the victim's bra, Knox's DNA mingled with the victim's blood in five different spots in the apartment. the knife that contains the DNA of both Knox and the victim in an apartment the victim never been to (knox's boyfriend). and the fact that she confess to being at the scene twice and has lied to the police on record.

For one, she said she was at the scene at the time of the murder. she implicated an innocent man for the murder. inconsistent alibi. Her boyfriend's DNA were found on a piece of the victim's bra. her blood was mingled with the victim's blood in the bath. the murder weapon was found in her boyfriend's apartment cleaned with bleach but still had her DNA on the handle and the victim's DNA on the blade. Do you regularly clean your knife with bleach?

1st she didn't implaicate a innocent man for the murder, she sent him a text message that night saying "see you later" which the itialian nutjobs took as a clue that he was involved. He was obvioulsy released. No DNA of either person was found there so thats false and the whole murder weapon thing was already debunked.

Rudy Guede is obviously the only onee guilty of this crime. How can his DNA be all over the place and little to nothing be there from Amanda and her Boyfriend...if any. You got a jury of 6 people, not screened for bias and a prosecuter who is awaiting charges himself. Its a screwed up trail from the start and its messed up that its going to have to continue. the knife wasn't cleaned with bleach, that was just a rumor and it isn't true. none of the footprints match knox and one footprint is said to be similar to boyfriend's but isn't a match either. the DNA on the bra is bullshit too, that bra wasn't picked up until 6 weeks after the murder happened, the DNA found wasn't definitive. the evidence isn't there! knox is innocent! this whole trial is BULLSHIT! she didn't enen know guede.

Even in the US court, evidence found later after the murder is still considered evidence.The evidence come to light in the form of receipts from the shop near his flat for bleach, bought on the morning after the murder and allegedly used to clean an 8in kitchen knife and Mr Sollecitos Nike trainers. The first receipt was timed at 8.30am on November 2, and the second 45 minutes later, suggesting that the first container of bleach had not been sufficient.
