i love my eris. bought it off of craiglist, then right away i rooted my phone, and flashed FroShedYo ROM, and it ran SOO smoother and the battery life increased WHILE overclocking the CPU. then a couple weeks ago, i flashed a 2.2 gingerbread ROM and its lasting and performing even faster. like a new phone!

And when I plugged it in, the software thought that I was moving the trackball to the left, so when I was texting, instead of "Hey, what's up?" I got yea?tH uwhs' p" which REALLY annoyed me. So, don't get this phone. End of story. I went back to feature phones. I now have the LG Octane. Which I love. :D

Okay I got this phone, and I loved it. For the first two weeks. Then, I realized how the battery lasted about 3 hours, even with a 2000 mAh extended battery. I text A LOT and if you do, don't get this. I completely agree with the person under me. vvvvv

The trackball stopped letting me move down, or to the left, and it took FOREVER to delete my texts, if it even did. Usually it just restarted the phone. (Look at part two above here! xDD)

i have this phone and its a peice of shit. worst battery life. Laggy and unresponsive. it doesnt delete text messages. takes forever to call someone.my trackball is broken and makes my pages and stuff when im typing all go to the left. the battery lasts like mabey 4 hours if your lucky. i would throw it agianst a wall but then id be phoneless...then agian having no phone is better than having this peice of shit.
