I worked for Skybus, my co-workers were some of the best people I have ever worked with. It's been 3+ years since we ceased operations & seeing this video still makes me cry!!! I miss you all.

I'm really very sorry for all of you :(
I'm from Germany and we in Europe have got in general ultra low cost carriers, such as easyJet and especially Ryanair.
I think Skybus was a test to establish an ultra low cost carrier in the U.S. Unfortunaltely it was just a try.

aa sure stinks! my 5 choices are in order: Spirit, jetBlue, Skybus, airTran, and Southwest... ...all low-cost...
