i dont know about English version but Korean one is out and its pretty fun

yeah, when ppl from europe and NA cant read in korean it's not that fun when you chose somthing =/ and does know know what it means or do xD
do i need awesome grafics performance on my pc to play it

No, there hasn't been any information about an NA version of RM, that website along with the forum is dead, there hasn't even been any announcements in the forums for over a year now.
