Use SaniStar. Its the best. Use Brown or green bottles..keep fermenting beer out of direct sunlight!! Use water carboys for fermenters!! Better than a hydrometer, use a REFRACTOMETER for wine or beer! You should get Tygon tubing, as it is thicker than reguar tubing, and wont collapse when transferring hot wort! If your bottling, give your beer a month to condition! Look up Charlie Papazanians book. Its the bible to brewing! Good vid Glynn!! thanks!!
