tables are real but what they do is soften impact and give splinters they are very thin wood on top with the majority being compressed sawdust

@rjtdog1 That part of it is real, and getting slammed in the mat is real. The punches, kicks, and other things you see however are fake. Even things like the arm bar put next to no pressure on the arms.
