Yet, Jarvis Tech and Arnold Wesker are not from what I know. Who knows maybe they'll be in the next City. The other names Basil Karlo and Waylin Jones are not and that's clayface and croc. In all the comics and the original cartoon she was actually able to hold her own easily against Batsy and even though she got smacked around a little by Joker when she did snap she kicks his ass, once almost killed him in blind rage. Maybe it was because they wanted to spend more time working on the more main characters.

While I was battling Ivy, I got her health down once, and I kept dying when I tried to do it again, so after the hundreth time I died, I turned it off. I think the reason they made it that way in the game is b/c she's Joker's "gal" so to speak, and probably the most loved female villain (though Ivy comes close) and no one wants to see her beat up by the Batman. I'm one of those fans. But don't talk about her like she's nothing at all, just b/c she isn't the best in the game. She caught the Bat in TAS and had him above a fishtank full of piranhas by herself using the Joker's plans.

Yes I believe they are people who escaped, but some names are crossed out and some have faces. I was thinking that they might have escaped under Joker's orders and are part of his back up plan, you know, just in case the shit did hit the fan. And that they will be brought into Arkham Asylum 2.
