No I have never had such a horrible customer service experience...
I got my laptop from bestbuy, I got the geek squad warranty and they replaced my broken screen on my laptop, but never connected my webcam...so i went back and they shipped it off again. The webcam was connected...however they replaced the hard drive for some strange reason? It functioned well and had no viruses. I had pictures and music on there and it irked me...
Anyways, that company is appalling how horrible they treated you.

I sort of had a similar situation, but not with a company, it was with another beauty guru, who went off on me when one of my subscribers accused her of stealing my video ideas. Un-freakin-believable! How this company responded to you was way more damaging to their reputation than your review ever could be. They appear to be an irrational, vengeful company. Yikes!
I sort of had a similar situation, but not with a company, it was with another beauty guru, who went off on me when one of my subscribers accused her of stealing my video ideas. She wrote all over MY comment page, blasting ME for something I knew nothing about. I'm still not over that one. I feel for ya.
