Minnesota, Colorado, New York State etc, people there are employed by the government to specifically clear the snow 24/7 . Its a waste of time and money to do that here beacuse in 07 and 08 we had 1 inch both years and this and the previous years weve had 30 inches plus. If every year was like this it would be a good idea but a waste of money in the previous ones.
