I've been investing for 3 & 1/2 yrs and have had my nose bloodied several times by fraudulent "partners/investors" I was taken to the cleaners, have four houses that I'm carrying (which might not last much longer). I'm located in Galveston, Tx and would be willing at this point to give most of my profit just to clean the slate and start over2815463725
Assignment sales are typically "wholesaling". It's a good way to learn the business, as well as make some quick cash to use to build your business.
What I "don't" understand, is the tax sale thing...
As far as who's "real", to be honest, most all of them are. As long as they're DOING DEALS themselves, today, as they teach, they can typically show you what they're doing.
I would suggest asking specifically about one or two, and I can let you know if I know them.
Will you do a show on which one of the real estate guru's are really for real. EXAM Ron LeGrande, Russ Whitney, Dwan Twyford, Carleton Sheets, John Beck and etc...

I have been researching Real Estate options for more than a year, and I finally found something that I can afford, there is something called assignment sales, it's after the tax sale, I only know one area in Maryland. But I know very little of these types of sales and would like more info on it. And if I can have a mentor or someone to help with this deal, I'd really appreciate it!! Thx
